Twins' Birthday at CEC

Today we went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate Shiloh and Sofie's birthday! Jackson absolutely loves this place. Plenty of flashing lights and buttons to push=) Throw in pizza and pop and he is a happy boy!!

5th Group Reunion Picnic

 Even though Aaron isn't home, J and I decided to hit up the 5th Group Reunion Picnic. There is always tons of food, free beer, 5th Group Memorabilia, bounce houses, and plenty of "cars" to test drive. It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun!!

I decided to celebrate my 30th Birthday by revisiting my younger years and having an old fashion sleepover. Goodies, girls, drinks, and shenanigans. I had an absolute blast!!!!

Dirty 30!!!

I know its pretty amazing that my accident prone self has made it to another birthday, but I in fact did! Today I am 30! Wow...that's crazy. I know that a lot of my friends had 30 hit them like a brick wall, but I am excited about it. My 20s were full of ups and downs, life lessons, and pretty amazing things. I have this feeling that my 30s are going to be full of surprises and many adventures! Instead of being depressed I am going to embrace it.  I celebrated today by having dinner with my closest family of friends. We had a blast!

To make my day even better I was surprised with flowers and a picture of a ring that Aaron had made for me<3 Such an amazing man!!

Fixin Up The Place

This morning Jackson woke up full of energy. He wanted to hammer and immediately started to fix things for me. I guess it was my birthday present=)

Sleepover

Last night Jackson and I spent the night at Nora's house so she could go get spoiled by USO's Baby Shower up in Knoxville. Jackson was a monster trying to settle in for the night so I got little to no sleep. To start the morning on the right foot the older 3 kids were up at 620! I refused to knowledge that time and made them play "quietly" in their room. By 7 I was done with trying to quiet them down and told them to get ready for the day. Once ready for the day I told them to grab their backpacks and get ready to walk down to the bus stop. J immediately started looking around for a packpack to put on and tried putting Steven's Full pack on. He was crushed when I told him he couldn't wear that one. Luckily I found an empty one that he could wear so he could be a big boy like the other kids. 

Once back from the bus J and I made some breakfast for him and the twins. We had a pretty lazy day full of trouble, giggling, and shrieking=) Again, realized that maybe I would be okay with more than one. We'll see!!

Burrito

As soon as we get out of the bath Jackson immediately asks for Burrito. No, he's not hungry. He wants to be wrapped up like a burrito. Its something we have done since he was little and now its his new thing! Today he refused to be unwrapped.

The dogs were barking like crazy today and after peeking out the window we realized that the neighbor's truck was being towed down to the shop. Talk about free entertainment. Jackson was glued to the window the entire time!
