'Mon Daddy!!!!

Today we said byebye to Daddy again. Luckily it is only for a week this time. He has an amazing opportunity in Ft Bragg that his is going for. Jackson was SO excited to help daddy with his suitcase (its on wheels and is a big car) and to see planes. Despite the prego hormones building up with tears we had a lot of fun running around watching the luggage, cars, and planes.
THEN, we had to say bye. Jackson gave Aaron some good kisses and hugs before he knew something was off. We backed out of the way to let other passengers board. Aaron started walking closer to the gate, when it clicked that Daddy wasn't coming with us. He immediately started saying, " Mon Daddy 'Mon" waiving his hands. Then his tears started as cried for Daddy to come with us. I completely lost it! I saw all of the passengers look back and forth between us and Aaron and then noticed Aaron's acu backpack and then gave me the sympathy looks. It killed me. I waived to Aaron said I love you and walked away crying with a sobbing J in my arms.
I knew that it would be harder to say goodbye to Aaron as Jackson got older, I just didn't realize that it would be so soon=(

Schizo Weather

A crazy ice storm came through last night and rocked Clarksville's world! So many accidents from people not knowing how to drive on it, or being overly confident because they have a 4wd! It makes me sad and yet very grateful being raised in Idaho. I know how to handle myself out there amongst the crazies. I decided to be safe instead of sorry though and stayed home with Monster watching movies all day!
