As most of you know, Jackson's hair is out of control. I was tempted to have it cut when he was six months, but wanted to let his sides grown in a little more. While skyping with Aaron about getting my hair done by Nicole he mentioned that it was time to get it tamed. I know there are a lot wives tales about not cutting your baby's hair until they are a year old, but I don't think my ocd could hold off for an entire year! I told Aaron that the only way I would do it now would be if Nicole could fit him in before doing my hair. Of course she made time=)
Nicole knew the way to my boys heart and gave him a hair clip to chew on. He actually did a great job through the whole thing. The only issue was at the beginning when Nicole was ready to make the first cut and he turned his head to see what she was doing. I love that my best friend was able to give my baby boy his first hair cut. I could ask for a better person for this wonderful memory!
